Bread Flour 250g
Cake Flour 50g
Yeast 7g
Sugar 60g
Egg 1pc
Butter 20g
Water 100g
Salt 1g
Stuffings 餡料:
Fresh Corn 400g
Ham 4pcs
Salad Dresing 40g
Sugar 10g
做法:
1.將所有材料混合均勻,用手搓至麵糰光滑有彈性麵糰
mix all the ingredients with hand till the dough is shiny and streachy
2.進行第一次發酵, 將麵糰封保鮮紙,放在焗爐內發酵45mins,
在焗爐底部放一碗熱水 (這樣可以加快發酵過程)
1st fermentation - cover dough with cling wrap, put in over for 45min. place a bowl of hot water at the bottom of the over (to hasten the fermentation)
3.秤麵糰重量60g, 將麵糰平均分割成。
divid dough into 60g each
4.將麵糰個別滾圓. 包入粟米火腿餡料後,封上保鮮紙,
進行第二次發酵20mins
Put the stuffing mix into each seperated dough and cover with cling wrap and 2nd fermentate for 20mins.
5.掃上蛋液,擠上沙律醬
brush egg wash onto the dough, and put on some miracle whip
6.放入170℃焗爐焗20mins
bake in 170C over for 20 mins
